Made-to-order products

Merchandise sold through this site is produced on demand after a payment is confirmed. Because each item is made for an individual order, our return and cancellation rules differ from those of stores that hold pre-made inventory.

Payment and order confirmation

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. After payment is successfully confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your public order reference. Keep that reference in case you need support.

Production and shipping

Paid orders are prepared for fulfillment and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping availability and shipping charges are calculated for the destination provided during checkout.

Cancellation and address changes

To request a cancellation or address correction, contact rosegroup@fakenewsorisit.com as soon as possible. A cancellation or change can only be considered before production or fulfillment has progressed, and it cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order reference, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when relevant. After the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we may provide a replacement or a refund.

Lost shipments

If tracking indicates that your shipment may be lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to confirm your address and review carrier tracking information before approving a replacement or refund.

Returns for change of mind or incorrect selection

Because merchandise is produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or other customer selection errors. Please review product selections carefully before completing checkout.

Incorrect addresses and returned packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was entered, additional reshipping costs may apply. Contact us promptly if you notice an address issue.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. After a refund is submitted, the time required for it to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

This policy does not limit rights that may apply to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
