Merchandise fulfillment and shipment may be performed by Printful and delivery carriers. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to product availability, destination, carrier delays, customs, weather, or seasonal volume. Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds
Because merchandise is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due solely to change of mind or incorrect customer selection. Requests involving damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items may qualify for a replacement or refund after review.

Customer communications
